Amazon, Ebay, Intelcom, Paypal Request for Class Action Non-Delivery Lawsuit

This site was set up to organize customers of Amazon and Ebay who have not received packages shipped by Intelcom. This would take place through either a class action lawsuit, or a joint lawsuit by affected customers.

We allege that:

1. Intelcom does not deliver packages from Amazon and Ebay when not profitable to them.

2. That Amazon and Ebay fraudulently guarantees delivery of items knowing they will not be.

3. That Ebay does not honour their buyer protection guarantee, by not refunding a purchaser’s money when an item has not been delivered in a reasonable time.

4. That repeated promises to rectify the problem are not kept.

5. That repeated communications with all parties are ignored.

6. That Amazon collects monies for Prime Membership fraudulently, since no packages are actually delivered.

7. That Paypal is complicit by not honouring their buyer protection guarantee, and not refunding a purchaser’s money when an item has not been delivered in a reasonable time.

Background

Since Amazon and Ebay have contracted with Intelcom for deliveries, numerous customers have not received a single order. The items are lost or damaged or undeliverable and returned to the seller. The issue was reported in the Frontenac News, where people in North Frontenac Township have been excluded from all deliveries. It also appears repeatedly in internet reviews, (links below). When waiting for an item from E-bay, and filing an 'Item not received', the dispute is put on hold because still has a Intelcom tracking number, and the tracking from Intelcom says 'On its way'.  Speaking to or emailing Amazon and Ebay multiple times results in incorrect information, unkept promises to deliver, circular referrals and zero results. The inordinate amount of time dealing with the issue is unacceptable. The losses resulting from undelivered items particularly with time sensitive medical items is unconscionable.

Intelcom has a BBB rating of 'F' and a the websites below all have a rating of under 2 stars.

These companies have become too large and are now unresponsive to individual complaints or attempts to correct issues. They are receiving monies for services they do not deliver. The only way of getting their attention is through legal action from a large group of people.

Please send an email (below), with your name and particulars to be added to our list. Also, PLEASE consider donating any amount to our legal fund by an email transfer to the same email address. We will post developments on this website.

Many thanks in advance.
